Our Story

Freddie Frog is built on a collaboration between a grandmother and her grandson, combining a lifelong passion for art with a shared vision for bringing it to life in a new way. Debbie Percy, an Auburn University graduate and former art teacher, spent years encouraging students to create boldly and never fear a blank page, all while developing her signature frog through sketches in notebooks, birthday cards, and everyday moments. Over time, Freddie became a recognizable symbol of her creativity and joy. Growing up surrounded by that work, her grandson Ethan developed an appreciation for both the art and the process behind it. Together, they work side by side to turn those original drawings into something new, with every design still beginning the same way it always has, hand-drawn  with pencil and paper, and thoughtfully developed without shortcuts or stock graphics.
